Food Truck & Food Vendor Information
Thank you for your interest in participating in MainStreet Edgerton events. We appreciate the time and effort vendors invest in our community, and we’re glad you’re considering joining us.
There is no vendor fee to participate in MainStreet Edgerton events. In recent years we charged a vendor fee, but we have intentionally moved away from that model. Our goal is to support vendors—especially local non-profits—while maintaining a well-balanced, high-quality event experience for our community.
To create a positive experience for both vendors and guests, we limit the number of food vendors at each event. This helps maintain balanced menus, manageable layouts, and strong sales opportunities.
Local non-profit organizations will be given first consideration, but there is room for a variety of vendors throughout the season—especially during MainStreet Mondays.
Quick Facts for Vendors
Vendor Limits by Event:
MainStreet Mondays: 1 food vendor + 1 dessert vendor (Non-profits receive priority; most flexible event)
MainStreet Truck Pulls: 3–4 food vendors + 1–2 dessert vendors
Homecoming: 3–4 food vendors + 1–2 dessert vendors
BIG little Fall Fest: 2–3 food vendors + 1 dessert vendor
