MainStreet Edgerton is thrilled to invite you to be part of our first-ever Made In Edgerton event on July 19th, during the 2025 Edgerton Homecoming! This exciting new venture promises to bring our community together in a celebration of local talent and craftsmanship, and we want you to be a part of it!
With this year’s Homecoming theme, **“Made In Edgerton,”** we’re looking for vendors who offer wonderous handmade crafts, fresh garden produce, delicious home-baked goods, creative upcycled items, and unique handmade merchandise (think clothing and toys!). If you’re a farmer’s market-style vendor, we’d love to see what you have to offer—however, please note that traditional flea market vendors won’t be a part of this special event.
The day will kick off with a lively Homecoming Parade that ends at Miller Park (where Made In Edgerton will be located), setting the stage for an incredible celebration. We anticipate a large turnout, with food vendors, a car show, a local talent showcase, fun inflatables, live music from two fantastic bands, and exciting tournaments throughout the day. It’s going to be a day filled with fun, community spirit, and creativity!
Here are the details:
**Vendors, Take Note:** We are looking for unique, handmade, or handcrafted items only, so if you’re selling mass-produced items or flea market finds, we won’t be able to accommodate you. Although we have ample spaces, preference will be given to local Edgerton area vendors.
**Food Vendors:** Our food vendor spots for this event are already filled to the brim—thank you for your interest!
**Location** Made In Edgerton will be held at beautiful Miller Park in Edgerton, OH. There will be plenty of room for all of us! Someone will be available at the park to help you find your spot.
**Booth Size & Setup:** Each booth will be 10x10, and you can reserve up to 4 booths to showcase your amazing handmade goods. Depending on the number of vendors, your reserved booths may be grouped into either a spacious 20x20 or a generous 10x40 space to ensure everyone is comfortably situated together!
**Reservation Pricing:** - 1 Booth: $25 - 2 Booths: $45 - 3 Booths: $65 - 4 Booths: $85
**Event Timeline:** Mark your calendars for Saturday, July 19th! The park opens at 8:00 a.m. for setup, and we ask that all booths are ready to dazzle our guests by 11:00 a.m. The Miller Park Events will be running from 11:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. Please keep in mind that booth teardown cannot begin prior to 4:30 p.m.
**What to Bring:** Just a quick reminder—there won’t be tables available at the park, nor will electricity be provided. Be sure to bring everything you need to make your booth shine!
**Weather Policy:** We’re keeping our fingers crossed for beautiful weather, but please note that there is no rain date planned, and we cannot issue refunds due to weather or for cancellations.
**Application Deadline:** Don't miss out! Make sure to submit your application by July 1st. Preference will be given to vendors based in the Edgerton area.
